MORE THAN 90 MINUTES

It's good to see new Albion related websites cropping up, especially when they offer something interesting.

More Than 90 Minutes (HERE) is a blog set up by photographer Stewart Weir who older fans will remember documenting the dark years in the mid to late 90s.

His book, also titled More Than 90 Minutes, is certainly the most beautiful publication to have been printed about the Albion and copies go for serious dosh when they occasionally come up.

Weir also photographed the first 6 years of our Withdean existence, plus the Gillingham days, and these, along with others, are now going to posted on his blog for your perusal.

The image above is a great example of Wier's style; capturing the more gritty essence of the fans rather than the usual player shots you'll be accustomed too via the offcial website.  The Albionite draped in flag was taken at Torquay United's Plainmoor ground on the first of January 1997.  Albion lost the game 2-1 and were floundering at the bottom of the 4th Division.
